This is where the guarantee comes in. In the very unlikely event that none of the proposed designs are acceptable, return all artwork to Ballard Dezign within 30 days. You will not be charged for design services, only for any direct costs incurred on your behalf such as shipping, long distance calls or color proofs. (Note that all designs produced by Ballard Dezign remain the legal property of Ballard Dezign. Clients are only entitled to the final selected and paid for design.)
